I moved from Reading to Newport on 2nd July using your service. I found bella removals service convenient cooperative. Rafic was helpful and understanding to cope with suitation. But the price rate was a bit expensive than normal rates.
Contacted Bella only 3 days to move date, and they were very helpful with providing advice regarding securing interim storage. Move date, they showed up and moved all items efficiently into storage and also picked up from storage to final destination. They are a friendly and efficient team and really took the hassle out of moving for me. Also good value for money. I’ll recommend .
Nikki and her assistant did an excellent job. They arrived early, worked hard and took a lot of trouble to pack time carefully to avoid breakages.

Bella Removal has been tremendously helpful and professional. They really took the stress of our big move whilst being respectful to our home and items. I have told the team I’ll be contacting them again for my next move as am not sure I will find another mover quite as great as them.
The team from Bella Removals were skilled, efficient and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, my physical abilities are limited but thanks to the team at Bella Removals my move went smoothly. They dismantled/transported/reassembled a slate bedded dining pool table & an ottoman king-sized bed safely. Two normal beds, one of which was another king. A garage of tools/equipment, three normal bikes and a recumbent tricycle. A shed of gardening equipment, patio furniture and two large potted plants. White goods including a washing machine, tumble dryer and a tall freezer. Kitchen table/eight wooden chairs, three-piece suite and double-sized swivel chair. All of this was done with great communication; both in person & texted updates. We were quoted an extremely competitive price despite the amount of goods that needed to be transported and the team only called it a day once everything was assembled and we were happy. Checks of service were asked for throughout the day. A later visit to reclaim a transport chest was also easily arranged through text. Considering the scale of the job that our move turned out to be I am extremely grateful to Raffi, Nikki and the team.
They moved me from reading to Scotland, very very professional I had full service with packing, they move me 2 years ago I have very fragile and expensive items my beds are huge master unique but Rafi give me very good service whatever he promised he delivered I just only trust on Bella removal and they never let me down my whole family use Bella removal last five years very happy with their services I must recommend this company to everyone highly professional my six bedroom house with packing they done the excellent job very happy.
They helped me move from Northolt to Basingstoke also very hardworking people, and efficient. They packed partially everything in the house the day before and then finished up quickly the day after. All my fragile items also remain intact no damage at all!! They made sure the floors were covered with blankets so it doesn’t get any stains. And made zero damages I’m happy with their service and I highly recommend it.!

However, since the move, I see that they have stuffed my belongings into bags. Put other things into boxes that I had labelled from my last move. Put items onto fragile things. Mixed everything up so I now don’t know where anything is.
I understood that their packing service would mean they used new boxes to pack up things that weren’t already packed. Not just use my boxes and fill them up to capacity. Or use my bin bags, suitcases and boxes. I don’t think they used any packing materials of their own.
I’m glad they packed & moved my stuff because I was unwell and couldn’t, but I’m disappointed that it wasn’t done in a more orderly way.

Good experience on the whole with Bella Removals. We moved from a large six bedroom house in Brentford to a similar sized property near Guildford. The team know the route well. They were very accommodating around an uncertain exchange and completion date and ensured we knew they were flexible and available for us. Rafi and Nikki took control – they are a great family business with strong family values. The packing and protection of our property were great and all done in time. I think the job was slightly bigger than expected, but Rafi shuffled things to make sure the packing and moving were done on time. They worked late hours to get everything done. Our completion delayed but the team worked late into the night to ensure that everything was unpacked and brought into the property that evening before they left. There were a few minor damages but this is to be expected as by the end, everyone was getting tired (they worked well past midnight). Rafi made good on the items we flagged (one broken picture) and delivered it back to us without issue. A lovely family business that we developed a good relationship. Would recommend it to anyone – just be clear on the expectation and the situation – and they will make it happen.

Bella Removals team offered an excellent professional service on short notice after the removal firm scheduled to do the service failed me at the last minute of my move. They went far and beyond even what was agreed and helped out big time and made sure every piece of items were delivered in good condition. Amazingly they worked past midnight beyond what they sugned up for to ensure my massive fridge was dimantled and reassembled in the house. will definately recommend such a professional service. On the day of the move, Rafi and his team made a stressful day feel calm. We used Nike and her team last week. Arrived with 2 Luton Vans and a team of 4 plus Nike. Very quick and efficient. We have moved a couple of times in the last 10 years, but this team was the only one who “shrink-wrapped” or covered all the furniture. All included in the price. We had quotes from 4 different companies, Pricewise, they were in the middle of all the quote. but Nike’s personality helped make our decision to use them. We will choose to use them again.
